The Project INFOOD NETWORK part of the realization that small-medium farms in Europe are facing two major challenges: first, have to respect strict food safety legislation and environmental issues, but at the same time, competition involving agricultural productsfrom other places forcing them to a great effort to control costs and thus be able to keep competitive prices.
